Industrial

Our out-of-London team carry out industrial refurbishment projects from £50k to £3million across the Midlands and South of England. We are approved Giromax contractors and undertake all works from cladding and roof renewal to complete M&E replacement.

Residential

For projects from £300k to £1million, we use our expertise to restore and reinstate residential properties in line with their original features and style. We have upgraded interiors with high specifications and functionality in kitchens, bathrooms, heating and common parts such as lifts and entrances.

Client Support

We assist our clients at every stage of a project. From pricing, dilapidations and turning tenders around in 24 hours, to providing samples, assisting with opening up works and preparing surveys. Available from 7.30am to 7.00pm daily, we are your construction partner.

Accreditations & Expertise

We have become experts in fit out and refurbishment, with a team that is highly trained and directors who have many years of refurbishment and construction experience.

We are full members of Safe Contractor and ConstructionLine.

Health & Safety

We place H&S at the heart of everything we do, training our staff continuously. Our Health and Safety team prepare plans and files and ensure worker welfare onsite, as well as external consultants who monitor our sites and oversee company policy.
