This modern CAT A office refurbishment was undertaken in the heart of Midtown. Works included strip out, installation of an SAS ceiling, services upgrades and reconfiguration, DALI controlled lighting, raised floor and carpet finish.
Works were undertaken with minimal disruption to the tenants in the building.
