Fifth and sixth floor offices and common parts refurbishment.
This project comprised dilapidations works including strip out of previous tenant fixtures, fittings and partitioning and then a full refurbishment. This includes new suspended ceilings, repairs to existing services, new carpets formation of a new opening to the balcony area and decoration.
The main element of works related to the refurbishment the reception area and building manager’s desk and the toilets on each level. All of this was achieved while the building remained in occupation.
