This project comprised dilapidations works and CAT A office refurbishment in this prestigious office building in the heart of Reading.
A new SAS ceiling was installed along with Luxonic lighting and Bolon flooring.
Floors above and below were occupied but works were completed with minimal disruption to the building occupants. The office was soon let after completion of works.
